PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy regarding the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter – the “Policy”) defines the general principles, the procedure for processing personal data, and measures to ensure their security in Delta-CT Limited Liability Company (hereinafter – the “Company”).


1. General Provisions

1.1. Delta-CT LLC is included in the register of operators processing personal data. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of every individual when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, and strict and unconditional compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.

1.2. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, other legislative and regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for working with personal data and requirements for ensuring their security.

1.3. This Policy applies to all personal data of subjects processed by the Company using automation tools and without using such tools.

1.4. This Policy is accessible to any personal data subject, including via the Internet at the following address: https://www.rtdi.ru/agreement/.

2. Basic Terms and Definitions

Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).

Processing of Personal Data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Personal Data Subject – a natural person to whom the personal data relates.

Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data. Within the framework of this Policy, the Operator is Delta-CT LLC.

Confidentiality of Personal Data – the obligation of persons who have gained access to personal data not to disclose personal data to third parties or distribute personal data without the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by law.

Website – a collection of texts, graphic elements, design, images, software code, photo and video materials, and other results of intellectual activity contained on the Internet under the domain name https://www.rtdi.ru/.

Website User – any person who has accessed the Website and accepted the terms of this Policy.

3. Status of Delta-CT LLC and Categories of Subjects Whose Personal Data is Processed

3.1. Delta-CT LLC is an operator of personal data with respect to the personal data of the following natural persons:

  • – Employees of the Company, including former employees (hereinafter – Employees);
  • – Close relatives of Employees, the processing of whose personal data is provided for by law (hereinafter – Family Members of Employees);
  • – Applicants for vacant positions at Delta-CT LLC (hereinafter – Applicants);
  • – Website Visitors (any person who has accessed the Website) – with respect to the processing of cookies and analytics service data;
  • – Persons who have completed web forms for feedback, registration, or subscription on the Website pages (hereinafter – Users);
  • – Counterparties and their representatives – natural persons, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter – Counterparty Representatives);
  • – Visitors to the Company’s secured premises (hereinafter – Visitors).

3.2. The transfer of personal data to third parties, including state bodies, is carried out by Delta-CT LLC only in cases directly provided for by federal law (for example, upon a request from a court, prosecutor’s office, Investigative Committee, tax authorities, and state extra-budgetary funds in accordance with established procedures). In other cases, transfer is possible only with the consent of the personal data subject.

4. Principles and Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The processing of personal data is carried out based on the principles of legality and fairness, limiting processing to specific purposes, ensuring that the content and scope of the processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of processing, as well as accuracy, sufficiency, and relevance of the data.

4.2. The purposes of processing personal data are:

  • – With respect to Employees and their Family Members – execution of employment contracts, compliance with legal requirements, calculation and payment of wages, maintenance of personnel records, military registration, provision of benefits and guarantees;
  • – With respect to Applicants – making a decision on the possibility of filling vacant positions;
  • – With respect to Website Users – responding to requests, providing consultations, ensuring the User’s interaction with the Website, sending analytical materials and information about upcoming events, organizing and conducting promotions and events;
  • – With respect to Counterparty Representatives – conclusion and execution of contracts, organization of document flow;
  • – With respect to Visitors – ensuring access control and security on the company’s premises.

5. Personal Data Processing Periods

The processing of personal data is carried out for the periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, or for the duration of the contract with the personal data subject. The processing of personal data ceases upon achievement of the processing purposes, upon withdrawal of the subject’s consent to the processing of personal data, or in the event of detection of unlawful processing of personal data.

6. Rights of Personal Data Subjects

6.1. A personal data subject has the right to receive information concerning the processing of his/her personal data, as well as the right to request that the Company clarify, block, or destroy his/her personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.

6.2. A personal data subject has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding application:
– in writing to the address: office 5b, block 9, bld. 8, 3rd Ugreshsky Drive, Moscow, Russia, 115088;
– in the form of an electronic document to the email address: info@rtdi.ru.
The application for withdrawal of consent must include: the subject’s last name, first name, patronymic (if any), contact details for identity verification, as well as information allowing identification of the previously given consent (date, method of filling out the form, if available – reference number).

6.3. In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Company has the right to continue processing personal data without the subject’s consent if there are grounds provided for by law.

6.4. A personal data subject has the right to appeal the Company’s actions or inaction to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court.

6.5. Delta-CT LLC does not make decisions that give rise to legal consequences for the personal data subject or otherwise affect his/her rights and legitimate interests based solely on automated processing of his/her personal data (including profiling).

7. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data

7.1. The Company ensures the confidentiality of the processed personal data. Persons who have gained access to personal data are obliged not to disclose personal data to third parties or distribute personal data without the consent of the subject, unless otherwise provided by law.

7.2. The protection of personal data is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to comply with the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data protection.

7.3. Delta-CT LLC has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person with the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by law, based on an agreement concluded with such person. The Company shall be liable to the personal data subject for the actions of such person.

8. Use of Cookies and Analytics Services

8.1. The Website https://www.rtdi.ru/ uses cookies – small text files placed on the Visitor’s device to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, collect analytical information, and improve the user experience.

8.2. The Website uses the Yandex.Metrica service to collect visit statistics. This service processes technical information about the Visitor’s device and actions (browser type, operating system, screen resolution, pages viewed, time spent on the website, referral source). This data is processed to improve the Website’s operation and is not used to identify a specific Visitor, unless the Visitor has independently provided his/her personal data through feedback forms.

8.3. Delta-CT LLC does not entrust Yandex.Metrica with the processing of personal data that could identify the subject. The collection and transfer of such data is not carried out.

8.4. A Visitor may disable the use of cookies and the collection of data by Yandex.Metrica through their browser settings or use the opt-out tool provided by Yandex; however, this may affect the functionality of the Website.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Policy may be amended by Delta-CT LLC due to changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation or internal personal data processing procedures. The Operator informs of all changes to the Policy by posting the new version on the Website. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by law.

9.3. In all matters not regulated by this Policy, Delta-CT LLC shall be governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
